No photos yet, just have the armature built so far. Just wanted to make a thread for it so I can have somewhere to upload photos when I can do so.

This is a set of two figures. One is Tyrannosaurus rex, the other is Triceratops horridus. I know this is a cliched subject. I had been working on a 1/40 T. rex for a commision piece, but it fell through. I had this figure well on the way, and didnt want to just discard it so I reshaped the armature into a different pose. The new pose isnt that far off from the original pose that was to replicate the pose of a skeletal mount to be installed at a later date in a museum. I liked the pose of the figure commissioned (it was basically a mirrored pose of my 1/40 Yangchuanosaurus with very minor differences), but felt it best to alter it before proceeding. I also had to make the sculpture fit more with what I did with the 1/40 T.rex Version 2 figure, so they could be displayed together. I then started a Triceratops to interact with the new rex, as he looks to be reeling around, mouth open, to rush in for a bite. The Triceratops is trying to turn into the attack.
I do not have photos uploaded, but was here and figured I would add some new projects that are in basically embryonic armature/or rough sculpt stages of development. Phots to be uploaded soon.

Here are a couple of photos showing the first of three life size compys I am working on for a client down in FL.- These compys will be displayed outside in a garden setting. He wanted them to be 'like JP compys but not copies of them' This model is in the roughed in state in these photos, before adding details. This measures approx. 36 inches from nose to tailtip.
Here are photos showing armature for a 1/1 Rhamphorhynchus model. The wingspan is approx. 48 inches- not the largest that this animal reached, I think they got up to just about a wingspan of 72 inches, but large enough to be an adult I think.
Here are some photos of the armature for a second version of 1/40 Acrocanthosurus- the mold was damaged for the first version, so I figured I would just retire that version and make a newer updated version- this one measures 12 inches in length- its going to be in the same pose as the other version
